Our client, a household name business in Southampton, requires an HR Executive. Working with the HR Director to support the delivery of the function’s objectives, you will proactively manage the HR Director’s workflow through inbox management, report writing, drafting presentations, research and analysis and monitoring/managing actions arising from Boards, Audit and Risk Committee and HR.
Key result areas/responsibilities include: Supporting HR Director with initiatives/projects throughout the year; Proactive management of HR Director’s inbox and workload; Research projects and initiatives in support of HR Director to facilitate the continual development of HR service provision across Wealth Management; Working with HR leadership and wider HR teams to ensure timely management of HR Director’s inbox inflow, proactively managing issues or escalating as appropriate to ensure resolution and minimise any bottleneck; Working with HR Leadership team and wider HR team to ensure provision.
