An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Development Manager to join an established charity in London. This is permanent role and offers a competitive package.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating, supporting and promoting programmes and activities (including seminars, workshops and quality assurance activities) for all levels of staff.

The main duties for the role will include:

* Internal training plan based on yearly analysis of individual learning and development plans
* External training (to meet individual training requests)
*To develop and negotiate a preferred supplier list for statutory training, ensuring best value for money.
* Training and development activities for specific teams/groups of staff or on projects.

The successful candidate must:

* Be CIPD qualified
* Have comprehensive understanding and knowledge of all HR issues - specifically within Learning and Development
*Experience in designing and delivery of training.
*Able to show experience in a training role, dealing with a wide range of staff.
