Our client provide solutions for two key financial processes - Enterprise purchase-to-pay and Financial Management they are the global leader in purchase-to-pay solutions.
My client is looking for a HR Consultant to work full time supporting the HR Director with the European offices. The successful candidate will need to have strong, solid HR experience, ideally CIPD qualified but not essential if experienced.
The successful candidate will need to have a strong administration background and assist with the payroll process for one country.
Duties and Responsibilities will include: writing and keeping policies and procedures up to date, dealing with recruitment, pre-screening process and conducting second interviews. Working on employee relocation cases and maternity and paternity leave cases. You will need to be conversant in employment law in the UK and be confident in dealing with external advisors on complex issues.
