Job Description
Our client is seeking a high calibre individual who will be responsible for developing, maintaining and implementation, all aspects of the company’s Human Resource (HR) and Payroll activities. You will also Co-ordinate and effectively manage recruitment throughout the company. Build relationships with recruiters, draft briefs, set up interviews where necessary. Interview senior hires when necessary.
The objectives being to maintain and update the computerised HR and payroll systems.
To provide reporting information to the Management Team within agreed specified times.
To carry out all administration and correspondence relating to the HR and Payroll function.
Co-ordinate and effectively manage recruitment throughout the company.
Person Specification
You will have:
Minimum of 3 yrs experience in HR department/function
Proficient with Microsoft office products & Sage Payroll
Experience of working at senior management/director level
Experience of managing/motivation and developing a team/individuals
Knowledge of current employment legislation
Excellent communicator with good written and verbal skills
Strong organisational skills
Proactive, motivated and self-sufficient
Innovative and creative approach to problem solving
Analytical
Able to demonstrate ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
