They have a strong culture of empowerment, trust and positive management.
They are currently recruiting for an HRBP to support a UK and US population which will also require regular travel to the US.
The population are highly skilled and the main emphasis of HR is talent management and succession planning.
The successful candidate will have experience of supporting a similar population and have demonstrable skills within a change environment, and driven forward talent management, OD, L&D and reward.
