We are currently recruiting for a temporary HR Business Partner, in Central London, to cover for an initial period of 4 - 6 weeks. The role is due to start ideally on Monday, 20th May 2013with interviews being held either Wednesday or Thursday this week. The position is full-time and is paying a competitive daily rate.
Knowledge and experience required includes:
* A full generalist HR Business Partner remit including employee relations, recruitment, engagement, talent, reward, compensation, learning and development and resource planning
* Knowledge and operational experience of reward and compensation including performing market reviews and keeping up to date with market trends
* Dealing with employee relations issues; diagnosing learning requirements by working closely with Managers and assisting with the preparation of offer letters, contracts of employment, reference requests and termination agreements
* Accurately assessing the needs of each of the Business areas from a Human Resources perspective prioritise interventions and gain commitment for delivery
* Good technical ability as well as the ability to contribute to a good environment
* Experience in updating internal HR policies/related documentation and ensuring compliance with local legislation including the FSA regulations
The ideal candidate will be a confident and credible HR professional with recent experience functioning at a HR Business Partner level who will have worked with a highly qualified client group, ideally in professional services.
