SRGEurope are delighted to be recruiting a HR Business Partner for one of the leading Online Gaming companies in Gibraltar. This particular business is a market leader in the Casino brand and has been established in Gibraltar for many years. Their goal is simply to provide customers worldwide with gaming entertainment of premium quality and at exceptionally good value.

Due to extensive growth plans over the next 12 months our client are looking to recruit an additional HR Business Partner to join the talented, skilled and highly motivated team. The successful HR Business Partner will report directly into the HR Manager in their Gibraltar headquarters.

The key focus of the HR Business Partners role is to proactively contribute and drive the HR function to achieve professional standards and good practice across all areas of the Company and to optimize performance of Managers, employees and ultimately the Business.

HR Business Partner - Areas of responsibility:

  • Promoting the companies spirit and culture
  • Providing advice and assistance to Management and employees on human resources policies, procedures and legislation
  • Develop and support recruitment campaigns, process and induction.
  • Supporting and overseeing the management and delivery of recruitment and retention processes and activities
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices in the organisation
  • Ensuring that the HR Information System data is updated and maintained accurately
  • Developing and producing HR related reports
  • Lead grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations and meetings.
  • Work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations, change management, resourcing and employee management/development issues
  • Influencing good practice in all aspects of people management
  • Reviewing and implementing good practice procedures for health and safety
  • Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of the HR function
  • Collating information for the monthly payroll

The ideal HR Business Partner will possess:

  • Experience in a similar HR role within an Online Gaming Company - ideally a minimum of 3 years
  • Specific recruitment expertise within the HR function
  • Awareness of Gibraltar Employment Legislation
  • Qualified or studying towards the CIPD qualification
  • Experience in working with all different management levels
  • Highly organised with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage workloads
  • Drive, passion and energy
  • Experience in a fast paced, dynamic working environment
