We are recruiting for an organisation with a world class reputation set within magnificent grounds.
The HR departments aim is to provide an independent minded HR function that understands the workforce and the business; one which can challenge line managers constructively and effectively to help management balance employee and business needs.
The role is a one year fixed term contract and will be supporting their hospitality facilities staff so essential to have experience of supporting this type of population. The role will understand the unique roles and responsibilities, strategic goals and business needs of the management team in order to provide a proactive HR service
There is also an essential requirement to be fully CIPD qualified.
