Job Description
A three month requirement for a HR Business Partner to further support an on going project .
Commercially focused and proactive HR generalist with strong operational experience.
Responsible for delivering Human Resource strategies through operational plans, you will lead your team to deliver a customer focused , result orientated , solution driven mindset and culture .
You will have the experience and business skills to play a true leadership/business partner role up to senior manager level. Have a record of success in providing effective advice and support. Extensive knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation. A working knowledge of the HR Management associated to mergers and acquisitions, including the requirements of TUPE
