My City Centre client are looking for an HR business partner for a period of 10-12 weeks.
Immediate start!
22 hours per week, preferably worked over a minimum of three days.
£18.82 P/H
Key responsibilities:
- To support the HR Services Manager
- Assist in the delivery of an effective and valued appraisal system
- Develop, motivate and coach the HR Officer and HR Assistant
- Planning and delivery of HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects
- Provide lead expert role within the HR team
- Provide professional support and advice to managers
Person Specification:
- Full CIPD qualification - graduate results
- Experience of delivering change management programmes
- Experience of managing employee relations casework
- Knowledge and understanding of current employee law
- Able to communicate effectively
