A world class market leading MNC with an expanding portfolio is currently seeking an experienced Senior HR Business partner to support operations across the APAC region.
Job Description
This is a newly created position to support the business on a very strategic level. You will be overseeing a particluar business unit of the business and oversee projects on a regional platform. You will be providing advice and recommendations to the business, working alongside and coaching senior business leaders across the region, reviewing and implementing policies and procedures and designing frameworks to meet the overall objectives of the business.
Person Specification
You will have at least 12 to 15 years of HR experience with at least 7 years experience at a managerial level. You will have previous experience of working alongside business leaders and key decision makers and influencing at a senior level of business. You will be ideas driven and take a very strategic approach to problem solving with excellent knowledge and understanding of HR policies and procedures across the region.
