Job Description

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Hong Kong HR Head, you are responsible for providing professional and effective Learning and Development support to Hong Kong office include Soft-skills Training, Succession Planning, Hipo Management and Employee Rotation Planning. As a business partner, you will work closely with Hong Kong HR team and Department Heads to provide professional and strategic Training and Development advice.

Requirement
You should be a Degree holder in Human Resources / Business with at least 8-10 years solid Training and Learning experience. You must be a good team player with effective communication skills and able to handle multi-tasks under pressure.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English is essential. Over sea Education background is preferred. Position open to none banking experience candidates.
