The role is to provide support with a busy HR team who cover generalist/transactional functions for it's national team.

You will ideally possess either HR Assistant level experience where you will undertake support to a specific region, or alternatively if at the level of HR Administrator, support the internal team in all related tasks and responsibilities.

Criteria includes:

Essential that you have an Enhanced CRB within the last 12 months.
Ideally CPP or working towards CIPD
Strong written and communication skills

Responsibilities :

Processing security applications
Preparation of correspondence, starters/leavers details
Update payroll and pension records
Update HR database
Liaise effectively with Line Managers
Support with recruitment and selection processes and production of recruitment packs
Maintenance of absence records
Provide advice for 1st line transactional HR enquiries
To support other team members according to workload
To act in a professional manner at all times
To be aware of Data Protection and sensitivity of HR issues
