Recruitment and HR Coordinator, South London, £25K

Our client is a global seminar and events company which is continuously expanding by inspiring and empowering millions worldwide by offering life changing information on the financial market .

The company is growing rapidly and are looking for the right individual to join the London office and help set-up policies and procedures in place and run the HR department and recruitment campaigns.

The recruitment role will include:

-Recruit internal staff in all the departments and levels

-Develop and run the recruitment campaigns including agencies

-Identify from department heads exactly what they are looking for in candidates

-Filter CV's

-Run first interviews

The recruitment role is essential to help attract, monitor and retain staff members.

The HR role will include:

-Assess current HR systems and procedures and identify any gaps

-Implement and monitor new systems and procedures

-Train management and relevant staff on HR systems

-Manage reviews, disciplinarians and any other HR meetings

-Monitor and manage sickness and lateness

-Responsible for all employment and contractor contracts

Key skills:

-3 years recruitment experience -including agency and client side

-2 year experience in HR with necessary qualifications

-Intuitive

-Excellent communication skills

-Dynamic and flexible

-Multi-task

-Ability to meet deadlines

-Excellent negotiation skills

-Good commercial awareness as running departments to tight budgets

The successful candidate will be offered an attractive salary of £30-33K depending on experience and offered the unique opportunity to sit the award winning courses and be coached by professional traders.
