We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our organisation. Reporting to the HR Manager you will work with a team of dedicated and talented staff to deliver the HR Service. You will do this by encouraging compliance in employment legislation/ best practice, develop company policies and provide pragmatic and commercially focused advice to the Business.
Our innovative company provides a 6 star luxury hospitality service to our VIP client and as the HR Advisor, you will undertake a full spectrum of operational HR activites including recruitment and selection, employee relations, training, health & safety, policy, TUPE, coaching & mentoring and performance management.
You will contribute to the operational HR function with a specific focus on client service. With excellent communication skills you will be able to influence and manage relationships at all levels. You will be sensitive to others needs, maintain diplomacy and tact, but also possess the ability to be assertive when required.
Our successful candidate will have previous HR generalist experience within a commercial environment, will hold a university degree in a HR related discipline and must have completed or part-completed a professional CIPD qualification or equivalent. Thorough knowledge of UK employment law is a essential. Experience of writing and creating policies and procedures is also an advantage.
