HR Officer

A superb opportunity for a part qualified HR Officer seeking a new career challenge!

This is a newly created position due to sheer volume of workload- (rapidly expanding and busy organisation) Working within a small and very amiable team, you should ideally posses at least two years HR experience. You should have a real hands on approach to work and be willing to take ownership of various projects in order to free the HR Manager to pursue more strategic duties. A good sense of humour also essential as this is a very friendly, hard-working team who will work cross functionally in order to get the job done!Duties will involve

- Assisting HR manager with all HR issues

- Advising Directors and management on all matters relating to HR

- Recruitment- plus conducting of first round interviews

- Assisting with psychometric testing analysis and assessment centres

- Disciplinary and grievance process

- Holding exit interviews

- Coordination of induction courses

- Work in close liaison with the training officer to plan and present one 2 one and group training sessions

- Updating of employee handbook and company policies as required

- Maintain up to date UK employment legislation and best practice

This is a truly smashing role and you will be working with a small but very amiable and fun team of people. As this is a brand new role it will give you carte Blanche to make this position very much your own and make your mark!!
