An opportunity has arisen to join a large, international business as an HR Advisor based in Norwich. Supporting a diverse business with internal customers across a number of locations you will work in a team providing advice and guidance to managers with regard to day to day generalist HR issues.
Other responsibilities and projects will include: policy development and review, HR systems development, benefits, reward and recognition and employee opinion survey.
The successful candidate is likely to have a generalist HR background, ideally part or CIPD qualified who is looking to develop their experience within a progressive, corporate organisation.
