Job Description
HR Advisor - Temporary - 8 x Weeks Approximately - £11.00 / £ 13.00 per hr
Multi-Site role based between Co. Down & Co. Londonderry
Our client with multiple sites throughout Northern Ireland require an experienced HR Advisor for a period of 8 weeks approximately to join their HR Team to help facilitate work associated with a TUPE transfer.
Duties will include but will not be restricted to:
• Compiling sensitive employee data and handling the data
• Creating, issuing and dealing with employee letters
• Supporting the transfer of information in an appropriate format
• Supporting collective and individual consultation meetings
• Taking questions and reflecting the answers to those questions
• Reporting on progress of consultation
Essential Criteria:
Employee relations and broad HR processes
Management of employee data through databases
PC Literate
Desirable Criteria:
TUPE law and processes
Degree
CIPD Qualified
You should have a proven background within HR, in an advisory capacity and be able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail and have strong and and persuasive interpersonal skills.
Candidates wishing to apply MUST have their own transport (expenses will be paid in the role for all travel cost incurred) and be available to commence employment Monday 19th September 2011.
