As part of the ER Advisor Team you will be part of a wider team that will drive a centre of excellence on ER matters. You will provide advice and resolutions on queries from colleagues and managers across the company. Working in this small professional, busy team you will manage your own case loads and escalate complex cases to the ER specialists.

You will be part of the team that will develop a consistent and best practice approach for areas such as TUPE, Conducting Investigations, Hearings etc. Why Apply ?

You will use your ER advisory experience from case resolution and recording to advising on employment law, HR policy and processes. Qualified in ER/HR/CIPD you will be able to prioritise your cases, resolve issues and support stakeholders and colleagues in the business.
