A national retailer with a strong reputation for excellent customer service and value are currently recruiting for an HR Adviser to support a cluster of stores in London.

The style of HR will be one of partnering with the senior management population within this cluster and coaching managers on how best they can lead their teams, whilst also identifying, creating and implementing HR plans and initiatives within the core areas of ER, L&D Talent Management, and Employee Engagement.

This role will also be involved in feeding into the wider group HR strategy, and then delivery of this to the specific cluster of stores.

The successful candidate will ideally have retail experience, or multi-site experience within a Ulrich style HR model.
