This established professional organisation is seeking a temporary to cover a period of six months maternity leave.
For the first 3 months this role will be full time and for the final 3 months it wil be 3 days a week working.

 The Successful candidate will be responsible for day to day queries, administration and recruitment.
 
Purpose of the role

 To provide assistance to the HR Advisor, responsible for HR to ensure HR works effectively and efficiently in partnership with the business to create a successful organisation that employees want to be part of.

Job Description

 To liaise with all levels within the Company structure, to source and identify suitable candidates, contact and maintain relationships with recruitment consultancies and arrange interviews.

To maintain personnel records, answer staff queries and produce HR documentation such as offer letters, salary review letters and branded literature.

To monitor and review all absences in order to identify potential problems, to process and provide cover for holiday requests.

To co-ordinate reviews ensuring that all documentation and reviews are carried out efficiently and within likely time scales.

Person Specification

Candidate must have previous HR experience and be IT literate. The suitable candidate will also posses good communication and organisational skills, be friendly and approachable with a professional manner
