Reed Human Resources is looking for its client, an international FMCG company based in attractive location in Prague, experienced HR ADMINISTRATOR.
Job Description
Selected candidate will be part of smaller HR department - he/she will be responsible for HR data management as personnel administration, payroll data monitoring and reporting (communication with external supplier), labour law consultancy, updating job descriptions and organisation structure... At the same time he/she will be main contact point for employees and management regarding HR processes and policies, will cooperate with other company´s departments and HR Director.
Person Specification
Requirements: University degree (preferably HR or Finance) plus 2-3 years experience in similar role in HR department, experience in working for a multinational company would be an advantage, excellent knowledge of labour law (experience with HR advisory), very good MS Office skills (advanced Excel and analytical thinking). Both written and spoken English and Czech language, very good communication and presentation skills, strong customers focus, detail oriented and able to work with priorities and keep deadlines. Immediate availability is required!
