This exciting and fast paced company has an opportunity to join their team on a 6 Month contract.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing a full range of HR administration services to practices and departments in the UK and Ireland through the use of both manual and automated processes.
- Carrying out processes spanning the entire employee cycle from job offer to leaving
- Providing administrative support to HR Managers, always demonstrating flexibility and professionalism
- Updating HR policies and Procedures
- Maintain and update records on the PeopleSoft HR system.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong IT knowledge, Databases and Microsoft Office
- Sufficient experience of administration
Desirable:
Familiar with HR and recruitment databases in particular PeopleClick and PeopleSoft. Experience of working in a call centre or shared service centre would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be used to working in an environment that requires good attention to detail, lots of pace and will have recent experience in a recent administrator (ideally HR) position.
