We are working on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced Housing Officer to work within this well know Housing Association. The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of two years working within the role and be available from early February 2012. Key responsibilities will be centred around estate and tenancy management, income collection, arrears control, void management along with tenant consultation and involvement. Experience of arrears control is essential and experience of dealing with ASB will be advantageous.
