HOUSING and WELFARE BENEFITS LAWYER - LONDON
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Housing and Welfare Benefits Lawyer to join our clients` successful North London based team. Our client is a single office high street practice which offers a wide range of legal services to individual clients and the business community. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of matters including: - Homelessness, - Rent arrears, - Landlord and Tenant disputes, - Housing and Council Tax Benefits, - Tax Credits, - Contractual disputes, - Possession proceedings. You must have a minimum of 12 months solid experience in this area of law. You must have a good working knowledge of LSC processes and procedures and have recent experience of working under an LSC franchise. You will have exceptional communication and client care skills as well as a detail orientated approach. You will be IT literate and have a good working knowledge of case management systems and MS Office applications.
