Housekeeping Team Manager

This company are seeking a professional person to manage a team of housekeeping team members who work within designated areas of the business maintaining and cleaning both internally and externally.

You will have previously worked within a housekeeping and cleaning role and ideally have managed a team of people.

You will be able to recruit, train, nurture and support others to empower them to work to a high standard at all times within specific areas of the business.

You will at times be working with heavy industrial cleaners therefore a hands on approach is required as you may be asked to lead others by example. You will be physically fit and able to take on industrious work tasks.

The company prides itself in the care of its staff and customers and it is important that the person in this role reflects the highest cleaning standards at all times coupled with an engaging and approachable persona.

The operation requires seven day cover and the working day would normally commence at 6.00am.  A working shift pattern would operate however as a Team Leader you may be expected to work extra to assist should their be absence in your team.
