Housekeeping Team Leader

My client is a highly respected and driven business who always strive to exceed both their external and internal customer expectations.

They are seeking a skilled and flexible person to manage and lead a team of up to 6 operatives in the cleaning and general support of the company they work with.

You will be used to getting your hands dirty and not afraid to lead by example when using large industrial cleaning machines.

The company prides itself in the care of its staff and customers and it is important that the person in this role reflects the highest cleaning standards at all times coupled with an engaging and approachable persona.

The operation requires seven day cover and the working day would normally commence at 6.00am.  A working shift pattern would operate however as a Team Leader you may be expected to work extra to assist should their be absence in your team.
