Our Client a longstanding and forward thinking Insurance Broker Group are seeking a Property Owners or Household Client Handler with relevant cover knowledge.
Role: Client Handler
Location: Maidstone
Salary: £18 - 20,000
STARTING ASAP THE WORK HRS WILL BE MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9 -5
JOB DESCRIPTION
Working in a team of 11, dealing with Listed Property household risks in the
premium range of £100-£5,000.
Managing a Listed Property account along with providing support to the team.
Duties will include the calculation/negotiation of renewal terms, production and
processing of renewal and mid-term documentation, invoicing, speaking with
Insurers and Sub Brokers, which may include visits to both, managing client
debts, looking for opportunities to cross sell.
Day-to-day contact with clients, primarily by phone.

22 days + bank holidays, increasing after 3 years

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Essential
Must have stable work record.
At least 12 months experience in
the household insurance market
with either a Broker or Insurer.
Desirable
Experience of delegated authorities
(with premiums up to £5,000).
Experience of placing insurance
for Listed Properties.
