Prestigious and exclusive boutique hotel and wedding venue are looking for a Wedding and Events Manager.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, well organized, have excellent people skills, and the ability to deliver customer service to the highest level.
They will have experience in weddings and events at co-ordinater or manager level, 4* hotel minimum.
This is a senior position with this hotel and along with the operations and general manager you will be responsible in running and pushing the business of this well reviewed hotel and boutique wedding venue.
Some Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Generate Clients by Following Up on Our Lead List
- Dealing with all wedding and event enquiries
- Constant Communication with Hotel’s Upper Management with all matters of your department
- Meetings with Potential Clients/Wedding couples
- Attending Sales Meetings and Actively Participating in hotel sales promotions.
- Be the Communication Contact between Clients at all times up to the wedding or event
- File Maintenance
- Liaising with our suppliers for wedding/event client’s needs
