Hotel - Operations Manager
Based outskirts Horsham
Salary: £28k - £30k
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the Operational teams at a beautiful country hotel in the heart of Sussex. Independently operated, with 51 bedrooms, a leisure club and beauty rooms this position reports directly to the General Manager offering real scope and development for the successful candidate.
Proven experience in a comparable role is required with a solid background in team management.
Well presented with exceptional customer service skills, the successful candidate must have confidence in managing staff and guests.
Experience of stock control and health and safety procedures are required as is the ability to manage budgets and resource while leading and growing the teams.
Full time, 40 hours per week, shift pattern
