Our client is looking for an experienced Financial Controller . The hotel is looking for a Financial Controller who has a proven ability in managing hotel management accounts. The property is a busy leisure hotel. Excellent team management skills are required.
As a Financial Controller you will be responsible for overseeing the management of all payroll, auditing and budget management; liaising with all HODs on a daily basis. The ideal Financial Controller will be a person who is dedicated to achieving maximum revenue for the site and who is looking to gain experience within a 4* hotel property. This role requires a Financial Controller with the relevant experience in self-accounting operations; the right candidate will have part/full CIMA, ACCA or AAT qualification. The role is a great opportunity, to work as a standalone Financial Controller within the luxury end of the market.
The idea candidate must be experienced in the following area:
- Financial management experience, with a personable attitude and excellent customer service ethos
- Staff management, performance management, training & developing
- The ability to Set KPI’s and delegate where required
- Implementing and maintaining standards,
- Passion for hotel Management with a strong financial focus
