Hospitality & Travel Coordinator

Our Client is looking for a Hospitality & Travel Coordinator to assist the Team in providing additional services to their Clients.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Day-to-day management of UK corporate hospitality platforms, including Wembley Stadium (Club Wembley Seats), Football tickets (Corporate Box)
  • Administration and logistics for all destination packages offered through numerous external reward / loyalty sites
  • Responding to ad-hoc travel, ticket and hospitality request from internal staff and clients
  • Arranging all internal staff events e.g. Christmas parties, off-site meetings.
  • Negotiation and liaison with existing and potential suppliers
  • Working with Creative team to create invitations, info sheets, mailers and other related collateral for upcoming VIP packages
  • On-site management of hospitality events as and when required
  • Budgeting and invoice management

Key skills and experience required

  • Suited to an enthusiastic candidate with exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Experience of booking travel and hospitality
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships both with internal and external clients - good influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines, juggle multiple projects & deliver under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills - both written & oral
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
