Organisation Description
Our Client is a small unit which houses up to 17 young adults with learning disabilities based in Dover.
Job Description
The role will cover all aspects of managing a home ensuing that CQC standards are met and maintaining health and social care standards.
They are also looking for someone who is keen to get involved in the marketing side of the home as are looking to boost there numbers in the next few months.
Person Specification
The successful applicant will be either a qualified Nurse or had a qualification in Learning Disabilities Nursing.
As this is a small unit they are looking for someone who can get involved in all aspects of running the home including the marketing.
They need someone who can commit to a 40 hour week and have a degree of flexibility as some weekend and evening shifts may be required.
