HOMECARE AGENCY MANAGER, SOUTH WEST LONDON/SURREY

Our client is a new Homecare Agency which has been set up to provide an excellent supply of carers for service users which is conducive to their physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs. Our client is looking to recruit the key member of staff, who will effectively manage the day to day running of the Care Agency and take responsibility for recruiting the right people and training them to their values and high standards, ensuring 100% compliance to Essential Standards of Quality and Safety issued by the CQC, under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010.  Having responsibility for a staff of up to 40, candidates will have a solid understanding of the principles of working in the care environment and have good leadership and management experience of both people and budgets, good administrative skills and the capability of delivering objectives to targets.  On a personal level you will be a credible team player, be committed to the vision, mission, ethos and aims of the client, and possess drive, determination and diplomacy.  A good general education and/or a commitment to continuing professional development to at least NVQ 4 Health and Social Care is required.  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate now looking for a new challenge in their career and being a founder member of a new organisation.  There is some flexibility for the successful candidate to work from home if required.  Please email c.v. or call for full job specification or to discuss further.
