HOME MANAGER
My client a private provider in Social Care is now looking to recruit as soon as possible an Home Manager.
The successful candidate will be required to manage their 43 bedded Residential Home based in Stowmarket
QUALIFICATIONS
*NVQ Level IV in Management (essential)
RELEVENT EXPERIENCE
*Budgetary control and marketing skills
*3 Years Home Management of particular Service User group (Elderly Dementia)
*To adhere to, and put into practice, all company policies and procedures, as and when appropriate.
*To effectively manage all complaints and representations.
*To implement disciplinary procedures as necessary.
*To maintain all relevant documentation, confidentiality and securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
*To perform any other reasonable duties as may be required.
