This is a fantastic opportunity for a focused individual to take a leading role as a Nursing Home Manager to work in 58 bedded Residential Nursing Home based in Cambridgeshire.

You will be working in the development and growth of this business, as there is scope for the right person to achieve both significant personal development and achieve a real sense of professional and personal fulfilment.

You will all so be required deal with all aspects of budgets, marketing the home monitor compliance as directed by CQC.

Dealing with poor performance and implementing disciplinary procedures when required.

Salary from £36k to £40k

*RGN qualification
*NVQ4 RMA qualification
*Previous Home Management experience essential.
*Must be experienced working within elderly/dementia care.
*Strong leadership and communication skills.
*Be a good team player
*Be able to network
*Excellent motivator
*Knowledge of the CQC standards.

The post will be subject to Enhanced Disclosure under the Criminal Records Bureau.
Must have a valid NMC Pin Number
