HOME MANAGER RGN OR RMN REQUIRED FOR A 56 BED NURSING HOME IN ELLESMERE PORT, WIRRAL - GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF DEMENTIA CARE IS DISIRABLE - SALARY NEGOTIABLE DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE BUT WILL BE IN THE REGION OF 38K - 45K
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Home Manager with strong leadership skills to manage a 56 bed Care Home in Ellesmere Port.
The suitable candidate should have either an RGN or RMN qualification, hold current registration with the NMC and will ideally have either their RMA or NVQ 4 in management.
JOB PURPOSE:
As 'general manager’ of the Home, to implement all policies and procedures to assure the highest standards of resident care and service, and to achieve optimum business performance.
To provide strong, professional leadership in the Home and to ensure the efficient and economical use of pre-agreed resource levels.
The salary is negotiable but will be in the range of 38K - 45K
