Launched on 1st November 2011, HC-One is a new operating company formed by care home landlord NHP and health and social care experts Court Cavendish.

We are looking to appoint a home manager at Appleton Manor in Stockport. Appleton Manor is a 58-room care home with nursing and its registered care categories are dementia, old age and physical disability.

The main purpose of the role is to manage all aspects of the Home's operations, ensuring high standards of individual care to all residents whilst provide support and leadership to all the staff, engendering a culture of focusing on the individual and offering high standards of service. You will establish and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders and achieve targets for occupancy, business performance and quality.

Are you the person we’re looking for? You will be a registered nurse with a current NMC PIN. You will need at least three years experience as a home manager and be a registered home manager. You will be able to identify your successes within your current and previous home manager roles. These successes will include recognition from the CQC for the high standard of care at your home and a high occupancy rate.
