Job Description
My client is a high net worth financial advice practice with a large existing client bank of affluent professionals. They have the financial resources to recruit a number of home-based advisers across the South of the UK. Vacancy details:
- been advising genuine high net worth clients since the 1800s.
- Employed vacancy which has 90% investments and IHT planning.
- Based in Wiltshire but most of their advisors across the UK are home-based and work from their large existing client / member database as well as their UK wide affinity arrangements.
- Employed paying salaries up to 50,000 per annum with validation at only 2.3 x salary and 50 per cent commission after validating. I truly believe this to be the best remuneration structure for employed roles of any financial advisory firm in the South of England.
- Average commission generated per advisor this year is 177k, with the top advisor writing 565k and the lowest writing 100k.
- 1 Paraplanner or administrator per advisor.
