Job Description
This role is a important part of the organisation, providing a professional support to both clients and consultants. This role would suit someone with a interest in IT and enjoy working in a small team.
Responsibilities:
Logging calls from telephone and email.
Trouble shooting reported issues
Software administration including creating CD’s for product software, creating accounts for product software.
Help in the setup and deployment of laptops
Help monitor and maintain support system software
Proactively monitor support trends and offer suggestions for improvement

Essential Experience needed :
Knowledge of Windows operating systems
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Product support within a help desk environment.
General desktop/laptop hardware configuration.
General server hardware configuration
Knowledge of HTML and experience of building web-sites
