Helpdesk Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Assistant for the Flintshire area on a 6 week area.

Duties will include: To provide a technical ICT helpdesk service to aim to resolve customer problems and queries wherever possible at the first point of contact, to ensure minimum disruption to Council services and customers (internal & external).

In addition the postholder will provide support, advice and guidance to service users in the effective use of hardware and software and assist in the configuration and installation of desktop computers and associated equipment.
