My client is looking for helpdesk advisor to join an expanding team, you will be dealing with technical and customer services support, full product training will be given.. Ideally you will require experience within a customer services environment, professional telephone manner and a team player. You will work on a early/late shift pattern between 8.00 to 18.00, there will be weekend cover on a rota basis ( 2 weekend days per month) based on a 37.5 week.
