We have taken a fantastic opportuinty working for a leading healthcare company based near Bromley, Kent

Our client our currently looking for a Quality Assurance Manager.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure all services comply with Quality Assurance standards

The duties are as follows;

* To evaluate, develop and implement a Quality Manager System

* Improve exisiting data bases

* Write Quality Assurance Policies and Procedures

* Maintain an up to date knowledge of CQC

* Distribution of reposrts

* Liase with CQC and external Agencies

* Ensure delivery of Quality Assurance

* Supervise of Quality Assurance Officer on a daily basis

* General Ad Hoc duties

* Audits

The successful candidate must have a sound knowledge of Quality Assurance standards and systems, previous experience in a management role and previous experience in a Quality Assurance role.

If you are a RGN or RMN or a background in Nursing and Healthcare this would be an advantage.
