Head of Tenant Support (Leading Charity)

We are seeking an appropriately experienced individual with a strong social work track record to undertake this very interesting role which has arisen within leading North West London Charity who provide a range of services for physically disabled people of all ages.

The role will be to manage the residential house team across several of their sites, oversee and manage advisors and administrators on a daily basis, recruit and induct new staff as well as monitor performance of all staff under your management.

Additionally, you will be working with the tenant support team to ensure the welfare of all tenants including working with involuntary and statutory agencies as necessary. You will also be responsible for handling complaints as and when they arise, ensure that policies and procedures are in place and updated etc. You will also be involved in assessing application forms, preparing reports and generally working as part of a professional team.

It is essential that you are an experienced social work professional with a good understanding of people with disabilities, have excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills and maintain strong confidentiality at all times.
