Berkeley Scott is working alongside one of the country s leading facilities management companies. Our client is seeking to employ a dedicated, conscientious and committed Security professional to oversee a vibrant and dedicated team.
The Role
This is a key position to lead, manage and oversee the day to day Corporate Security function across this multi faceted site. The Head of Security you will be responsible for a range of Corporate Security activities:-
Operational Security
Incident Management Security Risk Managerial security
Relationship management
Helping to expand the business through new tenders and added services for existing clients through networking and recommendations
Staff management skills will be critical to the delivery of a high quality service.
Demonstrating knowledge of best practice, security operational procedures and service level agreements, good understanding of the functional aspects of security, ability and competence to advise.
The Head of Security will work closely with key customers and will become an integral figure in the protection of our people, buildings and assets. .
The Candidate
We are seeking Security Management professional with a proven track record of delivery and excellence. Ideally you will have experienced an in-house environment within the corporate/education sector.
