HEAD OF RETENTIONS / ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Heading up a team responsible for upselling, cross selling and renewal of clients.  Working alongside Sales, SEO and Content specialists in order to manage a portfolio of clients.

Responsible for managing a team of Account Managers and managing the renewal process with each client, negotiating new contracts, pricing services and agreeing the campaign for the next 12 months alongside the relevant Account Manager.

Dealign with any escalated issues or problems relating to the client and to liaise with their team on a regular basis regarding the service in order to ensure a high client renewal rate is maintained.

- Manage a team of Account Managers ensuring excellent quality campaign and account management
- Contact client's to discuss the campaign and gain feedback on the previous 12 months service
- Pre-empt any issues
- Analyse feedback
- Hold pre-renewal meetings
- Support team in developing strategic recommendations for clients
- Support in up-selling additional services
- Develop team's commercial awareness, client management and sales skills
- Achieve monthly renewal sales targets
- Develop and implment renewal sales strategies
- Analyse and understand each client's marketing campaign
- Use Google Analytics and other tools to generate reports
- Manage entire renewal life-cycle
- Develop and maintain systems for forecasting and monitoring of figures

Candidates must have previous experience in sales and client retention as well as experience in leading a team of people.  Experience of SEO principles and online marketing techniques is a distinct advantage.
