Job Description
As a Head of Retail Operations for Hong Kong and Macau, you have full responsibility of retail P&L to ensure profitability, which including revenue goals, KPI’s and expense control, store merchandize, work closely with regional business development team on store development /site acquisition. To enhance consumer experience to enhance retail training program including customer services standard, product training. Set team and individual goals, provide forum for conflict resolution and manage employee turnover and retention.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in business, marketing or related fields. MBA or masters degree is preferable. Candidates must have a minimum of 12 years work experience in retail/ cosmetic industry demonstrating progressively increased job responsibilities in fast paced environment.
Candidate must demonstrate strong capabilities and track record for strategic planning, business analysis and local market knowledge. And excellent team management skills, problem solving and decision making skills, influence skills and integrity.
Candidate must be good command of English and Chinese.
