My client is a business to consumer listed business based in the Thames Valley. Due to a period of growth they are currently recruiting for a Head of Reporting position. The role is a mixture of financial reporting and management reporting the key features are as Follows:
• Preparation of Plc accounts
• Responsible for management accounts for the group
• Deliver the quarterly rolling forecasts for the group
• Prepare the annual budget and strategic plan
• Ensure the integrity of the financial and management reporting for board submission
• Management of 3 qualified accounts including coaching and development
• Review and challenge of business submissions and performance monitoring
The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified with experience of working in a listed company. You must have up to date technical knowledge including IFRS and exposure to overseas consolidations. You will have proven management experience and be able to build strong relationships cross functionally within the business.
