Head of Management Reporting

Our client a highly successful organisation located in East Sussex who due to continued expansion is seeking a Qualified (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA) Head of Management Reporting Accountant.
This role has a strong commercial influence and would suit someone that enjoys working across the business with extensive experience gained at a senior level.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to;
Build and develop a management reporting team to business partner individual business units
Provide high level cost and variance analysis
Managing a team
Manage the monthly management accounts production process
Be proactive in challenging costs, budgets and forecasts
Interaction with executive management team
The Person
You will be Qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with PQE, strong business partnering and high level reporting are pre-requisites. Essentially you will have excellent communication skills with previous team management experience.
Ideally you will have gained experience in a product, financial services, banking or retailing industry with strong commercial ability at a senior level.
