As a result we are seeking an exceptional individual to join our already successful team. This role will support the Group’s long term vision and delivery of our business. Think cultural change, developing lateral and creative strategies that enable the business to operate competitively as well as dealing with 'business as usual’.

Overview of the job description:

• Responsible for all aspects of learning and development including talent management and executive coaching. Heading the function and working alongside senior business partners.

• Lead and identify people development needs to support the groups’ long term vision and delivery of our business strategy.

• Provide Leadership programme throughout the group, to all levels of people within the business.

• Work closely with the HR & Talent Director to define & manage the implementation of the learning and development strategy.

• Design and develop tools that will support the business to drive performance and maximise on talent.
