Overview of the job description:
• Responsible for all aspects of learning and development including talent management and executive coaching. Heading the function and working alongside senior business partners.
• Lead and identify people development needs to support the groups’ long term vision and delivery of our business strategy.
• Provide Leadership programme throughout the group, to all levels of people within the business.
• Work closely with the HR & Talent Director to define & manage the implementation of the learning and development strategy.
• Design and develop tools that will support the business to drive performance and maximise on talent.
